Welcome!  Here's what you need to know:

WHAT TO WEAR: Wear comfortable clothing.  Yoga is practiced with bare feet, so plan to remove your shoes at the door.

WHAT TO BRING: A smile – you are on your way to feeling great!  We provide most props, but if you have a yoga mat please bring it.  Also consider a refillable water bottle and a towel. 

WHAT YOU WON’T NEED:  All electronic devices.  Please leave them at home or in your car.  If you have to bring one because of childcare issues, please be sure it is set silent. Out of respect for those with allergies, please also refrain from heavy oils or perfumes.
